Flint River Aquarium

Today Clara and I drove to Albany to go to the Aquarium. I didn't want to fight the traffic and people in Atlanta. We tried to watch the movie we paid for but Clara had too much fun with the chairs so we left so the other people there could watch the movie. It wasn't very good at least the five mins. I saw of it.

Clara had fun looking at the fish and turtles. We went through the place twice she wanted to go again but I had enough fun and the crowd was growing.

We stopped at some Italian place to eat. Then we headed home. She fell asleep the whole time back so at least she had 1.5 hours of a nap today. We got home then ran to the library to get some new books and to the commissary. She was pretty tired from our long day as I am.

William L Farms

Here are some pictures from today. We went to the William L Farms in Montezuma. We bought a little bit of produce. We had fun playing in the flowers too. Then we ate at the Yoder restaurant owned by the Mennonites. I had been really wanting meatloaf and they had it. It was good. When we left they had a line out the door wrapping around their building. It must be the place to eat. It is a small town but a lot of out of towners today. Clara made it the whole way with panties on but as soon as we got home the went on the kitchen floor. She did poop in the potty this afternoon. She is doing great. She had been only taking naps every other day. It makes me a little more tired than a couple of weeks ago. She is singing songs now and remembering parts of her favorite books. She is doing great with her Oral Language skills. I know Brian will be surprised when he gets home. Enjoy your Weekend.

Here are some pictures from the last month. We have just been trying to keep busy. Clara and I went blueberry pick a lot. We have more than what we know what to do with. We made muffins last night with some and they turned out really good.
Clara had swim lesson the last two weeks. I wouldn't say she enjoyed them. She wasn't comfortable without the life vest and refused to go underwater or go down the slide.

She has been doing gymnastics and enjoys that. I have no idea what they are doing in class Clara never tells me. She always seem excited to go.

We have been doing craft projects of some sort and play lots of playdough. We went to the beach two Mondays ago and had a great time. I didn't bring our expensive camera. I need to get the cheap one fixed to take with us those places.

Brian sounds like hie doing good. They have been keeping them really busy. As of now it looks like he'll be back in Sept.
