This weekend we went up to Helen, GA and stayed in a cabin. Clara wanted to go tent camping but being 8 months pregnant I didn't want to. While we were in Helen we did lots of interesting things. We went to Oktoberfest in Helen and enjoyed German food well Brian and I did Clara said she doesn't like German food. We hiked around Anna Ruby Falls. It was a fun place to visit and the scenery was really pretty. We enjoyed seeing all the water falls. We went to Babyland in Cleveland, GA. It was their fall festival so they have a ride and some blow-up things for the kids. Clara got her face painted and ate cotton candy. She got a new cabbage patch kid and one for her brother. We were surprised to see they have some that are priced $300.00. They were all fabric. Clara got a newborn baby that makes noise and an extra outfit that is a tutu. We then went and Hiked up Brasstown Bald. Clara was excited to hike up a Mountain. It is the tallest peak in GA. It was a steep trail but we all made it with many breaks. Brian carried Clara most of the way up and on the way down Clara wanted to run with him. The last night we roasted marshmallow by a fire. Clara enjoyed that. We all enjoyed the heart shape tub with jets. It was like a swimming pool for Clara. Clara also enjoyed climbing up and down the stairs at the cabin and watching a movie most night and eating popcorn.
Now we are busy trying to get a nursery created and going through Clara's baby stuff. Brian goes back to work on Friday. This weekend is Summerbash on base so that should be another exciting adventure.
