Yesterday on our long drive.

Saturday  we drove to NH to drive on Rt. 112 or the Kancamagus Highway. It is suppose to be a very scenic route this time of year. I guess everyone in the area had the same idea. The traffic was crazy for a Saturday. We had a lot of fun and saw lots of color. We needed up driving into VT too. It made a long day in the car.

Friday night we drove to Rockport with some friends. It was a neat town too. Clara and Aurora were able to paint on an artist canvas. They were very excited about that. The guys smallest painting went for $150 and they painted on a big one.

Last night we drove around and looked at Halloween decorations. The kids enjoyed seeing all the crazy things in peoples yards.

We enjoyed our long weekend!

I ran a half marathon last weekend in Maine and finished in 2 hours. It was cold and rainy but the course was nice. Brian will finish up his classes this week to earn his associates degree from the Air Force. I am proud of him that he finally took the classes!

Clara is enjoying preschool and swim lessons. Calvin loves riding his tricycle around the neighborhood! He is getting so big and will be two soon. Next week we are going to see Thomas the train for an early birthday gift.
