Fall has arrived!!

It finally feels like fall in Georgia!! We woke up and it was 50 out! We are two days without having to run the air!! So exciting! So let's see what is new and exciting...

Saturday- We went to Joja's birthday party. Clara enjoyed playing with her friends and eating cookies and cake! Later that day we went to Summerbash on Base. They had lot of fun things for the kids to do. Clara rode a train, on the carousel, played with the outside toys, played on the slides, and ate lots of yummy food. The best part all the rides were free and it was booster clubs selling the food so it was cheap. We had lots of fun. I bought her a tuto. Grandma Karen is making her one but I thought she could have one she could get dirty and isn't special. So on Sunday she wore it around the house.

Sunday- We just cleaned and did laundry. Worked outside in the backyard. The front still requires a lot of attention.

Monday and Tuesday I subbed in the afternoon so Clara stayed with Julie. Julie got both girls to take naps which I thought was pretty great! The kids wore me out yesterday, I fell asleep putting Clara to bed. Brian had to come wake me up. Jorja and Clara seem to have colds now so I won't sub anymore this week, but hopefully next week I can do a few days.

Today we went to the thrift store. We were in the clearance room Clara found a pair of sandals and before I could say anything she had hers off and the others on. So needless to say we bought the shoes good thing they were only 25 cents. Then we went to the Commissary Clara chewed a hole in the cheese and ripped open a few boxes of noodles and lost a sock. It was quite the morning. Funny now. At the store I asked her if she was a mouse. She just looked at me and tried to dig something else out she could play with. It was nice there were a s few screaming kids there today. payday.

This weekend we are going to Atlanta so I can run a half marathon. Then the next weekend we go camping which we are pretty excited about.
